JSK Feeds, a subsidiary of the well-known Saif Group, is a leading animal feed manufacturing operation with centralized business governance in Islamabad, sales and distribution offices in Lahore, and a production facility in Okara. The organization sought advanced digital transformation through Odoo Enterprise v18 to unify operations across manufacturing, finance, inventory, HR, and sales.

The project was initially assigned to one of Odoo’s Gold Partners in UAE, but after prolonged delays and implementation challenges, Odoo UAE officially engaged Zaryans Consulting to take over and deliver the deployment. Given Zaryans’ proven operational capability and successful ERP transformations across multiple industries, the project was re-scoped and brought under a structured execution model to ensure accurate delivery and business continuity.

As part of the engagement, Zaryans is not only responsible for the automation of JSK Feeds but is also under consideration to deploy digital solutions across four additional Saif Group concerns. Successful delivery of JSK Feeds sets the operational benchmark for scaling ERP across the group’s wider business portfolio.

All these diverse business verticals required seamless integration and centralized control from the head office. Although a leading Odoo partner had been engaged for over a year, the implementation failed to deliver the required outcomes.

Zaryans Consulting took over the project and initiated a comprehensive GAP Analysis to identify shortcomings in the existing implementation. Based on this assessment, a strategic and phased roadmap was proposed to resume and successfully complete the ERP implementation, aligning it with Telecom Foundation’s operational complexity and governance needs.
