The company required a digital system to automate inbox creation, customer subscriptions, incoming parcel logging, forwarding actions, shipment requests, billing, and address management. Manual workflows resulted in communication delays, inventory discrepancies, and administrative overhead tied to parcel processing.
Zaryans Consulting delivered a digital platform that automated creation of virtual mailing boxes, logged inbound mail and parcels, enabled clients to request forwarding, storage, consolidation, or disposal actions, and generated shipping labels and invoices based on courier rates. The platform improved turnaround time, reduced costs, and offered transparency in international forwarding operations.
All these diverse business verticals required seamless integration and centralized control from the head office. Although a leading Odoo partner had been engaged for over a year, the implementation failed to deliver the required outcomes.Zaryans Consulting took over the project and initiated a comprehensive GAP Analysis to identify shortcomings in the existing implementation. Based on this assessment, a strategic and phased roadmap was proposed to resume and successfully complete the ERP implementation, aligning it with Telecom Foundation’s operational complexity and governance needs.
